Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in Israel (Israel only). Orders ship after payment confirmation, to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery options

Home courier — usually arrives within 3–5 business days, up to 10; in exceptional peak periods (mainly around holidays) one extra business day is possible.

Registered mail — up to 14 business days.

Business days: Sun–Thu, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays.

Costs & pickup

Free shipping on orders over ₪499. Below that, the delivery fee is shown at checkout.

Store pickup — 19 Ben Yehuda St., Jerusalem, free of charge. To coordinate: WhatsApp 055-5032133.

Good to know

Deliveries are carried out by a courier company, subject to its terms and coverage areas. If the courier cannot reach the requested address, we will contact you to find an alternative.

The Site is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or events beyond its control. If an order was not delivered within the delivery window — let us know immediately and a new date will be coordinated. Please provide accurate details; products returned due to incorrect details will incur shipping and handling charges.
