Welcome to "Totafot" (the "Site"), an e-commerce store offering various products for sale.

General

These terms apply equally to all genders. They define the legal relationship between the customer and the Site, and constitute the customer's agreement to them. The company may update these terms at any time at its sole discretion.

Nothing in these terms derogates from the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it, where applicable.

Product images are for illustration only; differences in appearance, shade or size may occur between the image and the actual product. A clerical error in a product description shall not bind the company.

Customer account

Purchases can be made with or without an account. Sign-in uses a Google account or a one-time verification code sent to the customer's email — no password. The Site may request additional identifying details from time to time.

The company may prevent any person from using the Site, temporarily or permanently, in cases including: unlawful activity, breach of these terms, deliberately providing false details, or any act that may harm the proper operation of the Site.

Purchasing and payment

Purchases are made by adding products to the cart and completing the order form. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, via a secure payment provider; available payment methods are shown at checkout. The order is approved only after payment confirmation, and subject to the product being in stock.

If, despite being displayed, an item is out of stock, the transaction will be cancelled and any amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellation by the company

The company may cancel or suspend any transaction or order, in whole or in part, at its discretion. Notice will be given to the customer and no charge will be made, or any amount paid will be refunded. If a product is out of stock, the Site may cancel the order or offer an equivalent alternative.

Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights on the Site — including product lists, descriptions, designs, the Site name, domain and trademarks — belong to the company or to third parties who authorised their use. No copying, distribution, sale or translation of any Site content is allowed without prior written consent.

Liability, law and jurisdiction

The company bears no liability for damages arising from use of the Site or from reliance on external websites. Israeli law applies exclusively, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Jerusalem.
