What we collect

When you purchase, open an account, subscribe or contact us: full name, email, phone, delivery address, order details, correspondence and mailing preferences. Technical browsing data (IP, browser, pages viewed) is collected via cookies.

Payment details are not stored with us. Payment is processed directly by a secure payment provider; the Company does not keep your card number.

Providing information is not mandatory

You are under no legal obligation to provide information; it depends on your consent. However, without required details (such as a delivery address) we cannot complete an order.

How we use it

Fulfilling orders; managing your account and the customer club; service and support; legal obligations (accounting, tax, consumer protection); marketing updates — only with consent, opt-out anytime; site improvement and anonymous statistics; fraud prevention and security.

Who receives data

Only parties needed to operate, to the extent required: the site management platform (hosting the site, accounts and orders, sending order updates and mailings); a courier company (name, phone and address, for delivery only); a payment provider (payment only); and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Transfers abroad

Some providers store data outside Israel, in accordance with the Israeli data-transfer regulations (5761-2001) — to countries with adequate protection or under appropriate contractual commitments.

Retention

Order and accounting records — as required by law (generally up to 7 years); mailing data — until consent is withdrawn; data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

The site uses cookies necessary for operation (cart, sign-in) and statistics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them.

Your rights

Security

We apply measures per the Israeli Data Security Regulations (2017) — encrypted communication (SSL), restricted access and providers meeting strict security standards. Absolute immunity cannot be guaranteed; in a serious incident we will act per legal reporting duties.

Minors

The site is intended for those legally competent to transact. We do not knowingly collect data about minors without guardian consent.

The Company may update this policy from time to time; the updated version will be posted here with its date.
