Refund policy

You may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and its regulations.

Cancellation must be made in writing to totafot.il@gmail.com or via this page.

Certain items cannot be cancelled as detailed in section 14C(d) of the law. Cancellation is subject to returning the product, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

Upon cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 — whichever is lower. Shipping fees are deducted separately. No fee is charged when cancelling due to a defect or non-conformity.

Registered customers can also start a cancellation directly from their account — order details are filled into the form automatically.
